How does scheduling social posts work?
Every post starts as a draft, and approving it can publish straight away or schedule it for a time you choose.
Whether your agent creates a post or you write one in the dashboard, it starts as a draft. Nothing is published until you approve it. An empty queue is the design, not a failure.
Where drafts wait
Drafts sit in the dashboard under Posts > Drafts. Each one shows the clip, the post text and the channel it is going to, and you can edit any of them (the words, the clip, the channel or the time) before it goes anywhere.
Approving a post
Approving a post gives you two options:
- Publish now: the post goes out immediately
- Schedule: pick a time, and Fountain publishes it then
If you never approve anything, nothing goes out. That is deliberate: you stay the last step between a draft and your audience.
