How do I switch from my current host?
Book a 30-minute onboarding call. We import your feed and help you set up a redirect at your current host, so subscribers follow without doing anything and nothing goes offline.
Can I bring my old analytics with me?
Not into Fountain. Export your history from your current host before you switch, so you keep a copy.
Do you distribute my podcast to all apps?
Yes. Your feed works in every podcast app, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube Music. New shows are listed on Podcast Index automatically, and we walk you through submitting to the rest.
Are there any limits on storage or downloads?
Not on Lite or Pro. Upload as many episodes as you like, with no cap on downloads or streams. Enterprise limits are set with you.
Do I need separate audio and video files?
No. Upload the video and Fountain takes the audio from it. Both sit in the same show, so there is no separate video feed.
Which plan do I need for video?
Pro or Enterprise. Lite hosts audio only.
Where can listeners watch my video?
On Apple Podcasts, in Fountain and in other apps that play video from RSS. Apple needs a one-time API key from Apple Podcasts Connect. Spotify and YouTube are coming soon.
