AFL is the most popular sport in Australia and it requires strength, endurance, athleticism and of course skill. Tom is in his 13th professional season and plays a key role for the Melbourne Demons who are one of the top teams. For more than 8 years Tom has eaten a meat heavy, high fat and low carb diet. He was first inspired to try it when Professor Tim Noakes was invited to speak at the Melbourne Demons. This way of eating and the hard data provided by Prof. Noakes inspired Tom to try and he hasn't looked back.
