To succeed in anything, you need to establish a routine. But building processes from scratch takes time and a lot of trial and error, which is one reason clients come to me. I give them the processes, and we work together to incorporate solid templates into the daily/weekly routines for their businesses. But you can take a routine too far, where that groove becomes a rut. It may be comfortable, and it may even feel like it's working, but ruts tend to keep going by inertia, making it difficult to see what you're missing with your podcast.
