Jazzmine Olivia is a Ph.D. student in Iowa. She is the daughter of a Garifuna mother and a west-side Chicago father. As a practicing full-spectrum doula and doula trainer, she centers the narratives of BIPOC people in rural areas. She's a wife, mother in loss, furmom, plant lover, yogi, and adventurer.
