Dr. Charles E. Perry, Jr., is a native of Houston, Texas. He answered the call of God to preach the gospel in 1984, under the leadership of his father, Charles E. Perry, Sr. Dr. Charles E. Perry, Jr., is the Founder, Senior Pastor and Visionary of Word of Restoration (WOR) located in Rosharon, Texas. In February 2001, he started WOR with 13 people.
