Patrick Welsh is a Lawyer and retired Law Enforcement Officer. He was working as an assistant County Prosecutor before becoming a Police Officer in Dayton Ohio. His career in the Dayton Police Department spanned 26 years, during that time he worked in Patrol, Narcotics, and Investigations Division. He retired at the rank of Major. After retiring he joined the Colorado Springs Police Department for a few years working undercover investigating Human Trafficking cases.
