He is a tech founder, investor, and advisor, and has personally built, run, invested in, acquired, and sold many dozens of successful businesses within his sectors of experience in either investor, hands-on executive roles, or as an investment banker to Boards, entrepreneurs, and investment funds. Since the original ‘dotcom’ days of 2000, Michael has worked for digital media companies, technology companies, and investment banks, from start-ups to major listed companies. Michael holds an MBA and M.Mgt (Corp Fin) from MGSM. Based in Singapore since 2010, Michael co-founded Sprooki in Singapore in 2011, and as CEO built, funded, and exited this MarTech SaaS platform via a successful trade sale in 2017.
