Aisha was born in Nigeria, raised in Canada and now lives in the US. You will recognize Aisha from the iconic Canadian TV series “Degrassi”, Hulu’s “Good Trouble”, and “Sorry for Your Loss”. Her latest show, “Based On A True Story”, premiered last month on Peacock. As a comedian Aisha has performed all over the world including multiple galas at the prestigious Just For Laughs, Cape Town Comedy Club in South Africa and the upcoming Afrik Rire & Culture Festival in Geneva, Switzerland. Her comedy has been featured on the Drew Barrymore Show, and her comedy album “All The Parts” was included as one of Ebony Magazine’s “5 Black Female Comedy Albums to Get Your Chuckle On”.
