SiriusXM is to launch SiriusXM Podcasts+, a premium podcast subscription, through the SiriusXM app but also within Apple Podcasts. This link will let you purchase via Apple from Monday. It uses Apple’s connected subscriptions product, which launched last October. “Transcripts of the podcasts, offering full-text display for each episode making them easier to navigate and accessible for the Deaf and hearing impaired, will be available in Apple Podcasts” the press release says, potentially aimed at a resolution for the legal action taken against SiriusXM by the National Association for the Deaf.
