Composting, recycling, landfills... oh my! I finally got my episode with sustainability engineer John Atkinson! Recycling has always been such a mystery to me so I was grateful to be able to ask some of the questions that have been swirling around my brain for a while. It turns out that recycling IS in fact important. We actually do make a difference when we do it properly.  Additionally, we should all be composting. John walks us through how and what that looks like, which again before this convo was a complete mystery to me. I still have to get my compost bucket but I WILL get it and I'll share on the gram once I do.
