Many of these beliefs are rooted in systems of oppression that influence so much about our lives, so while the beliefs won’t dissolve overnight, we can take the first steps away from them together. It all starts with awareness.  Not only will I be tackling these limiting beliefs, but I’ll also share how to prepare for the inevitable resistance that shows up when we try to live with more ease in our lives.
