As local, provincial and federal authorities lift the restrictions imposed around the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses are starting to prepare to reopen. A recent Gallagher pulse survey of Canadian employers suggested that big numbers of companies may not be prepared to return to the workplace or know where to begin the process.
