The Raleigh City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday afternoon to approve the moving of Red Hat Amphitheater and closing a block of South Street for the expansion of the Raleigh Convention center. This comes after much back-and-forth between residents of that area and those supporters of the Red Hat Amphitheater.
