The new capital brings the company’s total amount raised to $205 million, with a valuation of $1.5 billion. This financing round comes on the heels of strong momentum for SmartRecruiters. Based in new york Total consideration of $150 million on a cash and debt free basis, payable in Veritone cash and stock, with performance earnouts through fiscal 2022. Pando’s investors sold the comapny for essentially 3X yearly revenue.
