Send us a textMy whole family got hit hard by Covid!! My little boy brought it home from school, then I got it and then my boyfriend came down with it. We've been sick for weeks. But from all this sickness comes some great lessons about slowing down and appreciating the people in your life. It reminds me of what my guest, Ashley Stahl said (episode 41) "Personal transformation is a bit of a cocoon, choose who is going to be in your cocoon with you."
