A fitList is a playlist created for specific fitness or wellness activities. One of the keys to a good fitList is to match the Beats per Minute to the activity. For walking you need music that is around 110 beats per minute, while running you need to be in the 135-150 bpm range. Dr. Fitness had some really good tips about how to avoid weight gain this Thanksgiving. We didn't get to all of them, but here a few of Dr. Fitness' tips...Number 1, try to make exercise part of your Turkey Day celebration, maybe a family walk after the meal or a game of football or even do a Turkey Trot in the morning. Number 2, watch the casseroles. And Number 3, watch the alcohol intake.
