Sally takes us through her personal journey from humble beginning working at the stock exchange in London, to being recognized for her design of theater posters. She is encouraged and pulled forward by her abilities in design.  Intense focus in her gift brought early success in winning a national competition, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and being offered a place to do a Master Program in Design at the Royal College of Art.  After graduation she had more successes which lead to being offered a position at Apple where her career took off. She later ran a team at Yahoo where she elevated the value of Design internally by accomplishments in Yahoo Sports including contributing a number 2 position behind ESPN and enabling Yahoo News to be the #1 news site on the web. Sally shares the ups and downs of her career journey in a transparent review of challenges and lessons learned.
