Having previously been the communications director for a local nonprofit, Taylor is passionate about the social sector and believes nonprofits and government agencies hold the keys to meaningful, lasting change.As a leader, Taylor believes that culture is key. She strives to hire the very best people and trust them to do quality work, no micromanagement required. When mistakes happen, she views them as a normal part of growth and encourages her staff to be open about what they’ve learned.Prior to her work at Lasso, Taylor was the Communications Manager for The Blue Bench, a Denver-based nonprofit that seeks to eliminate sexual assault and support those who have been affected by it.
