Most people believe that the quality of air inside their homes is better than the air outside. However, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reports that indoor air pollutants are two to five times higher indoors. This statistic really hits home today as many of us spend an extraordinary amount of time in our homes, whether it be cooking, sleeping, relaxing and more recently – working.While many of us may be able to identify some of the most obvious pollutants that affect the air quality in our home environment, some of the biggest offenders may not be as evident.
