In this episode, we talk to, Mohamed Aissaoui. He is the CEO & Founder of My Farm Dubai that built an ecosystem, not just a food system. He is a 5th farmer with an educational background in the engineering sector. He founded My Farm using the low-Tech and the new-Tech to optimize organic food production safely. He is currently working on circular systems which are key to reach the food security goals they have in the UAE.
