After immigrating to America in 1984, Bobby fell into real estate at age 24 when he got the idea to house hack a property in Riverside. From that point, Bobby worked as a software developer in Silicon Valley, and then decided to become more active in real estate again after the 2010 downturn. He talks about how he started a meetup in his area which now boasts over 5000 members and highlights how important the people side of the business is on many occasions in today’s show.
