It is at the heart of the latest atrocities that the people in Gaza and Israel have been suffering through, for more than a month. But the problem, says Dr Francesca Albanese, The United Nations Special Rapporteur for human rights in the Palestinian Territories, is that everyone, from politicians to soldiers, have often been fighting for the wrong thing.
