David Talley is a man currently serving a 100 year prison sentence inside a Florida penitentiary, David did not kill anyone, he did not assault anyone, he didn't even hurt anyone. David made poor decisions and yes put peoples lives in danger including his own.He was addicted to drugs, he was stealing from gas stations after hours to pay for that addiction and was in a cycle of going in and out of prisons.
