We visited State Senator Mike Padden in his district office in Spokane Valley. Senator Padden talked through key legislation passed through the Senate Law & Justice Committee, which he chairs, and other highlights of the session. He reminded listeners that his party is holding firm on "Hirst First," a water ruling that has the potential to devastate rural areas. And he gave us a few hints as to what he'll tackle next.
