Dr. Sanj Katyal is making his third appearance on the podcast. He is a radiologist, author, coach and student of positive psychology. Sanj discovered positive psychology as an attending, whereas Jordyn discovered it as an undergrad, and both have Masters degrees in it. She’s currently a second-year psychiatry resident at Mt. Sinai and already extremely accomplished. In fact, she just published her first book, Choose Growth: A workbook for Transcending Trauma, Fear and Self-Doubt. They discovered each other and have been collaborating ever since.
