New York-born Melanie Minichino, or as some affectionately call her, "Small Khakis," has been pursuing acting and comedy since the age of eight. She's landed roles on shows such as The Sopranos, Law & Order, and S.W.A.T. as well as being the host for the Speed Channel. She now is the voice behind numerous kick-ass female characters in animation and video games including Anya Corazon in Spider-Girl,  Watts in Blaze and the Monster Machine, Ava in T.O.T.S. , Gina in Far Cry New Dawn, Exuberant Witness in Halo and is the promo voice of Disney Junior.  In this episode, Melanie chats with J.J. about how she creates different characters and building a career in voiceover.  Plus, don't miss a special visit from one of her most popular characters, Maurizio!
