Allen of Delphi, Indiana was formally arrested and charged for the murders of Liberty “Libby” German and Abigail “Abby” Williams. Following the arrest, an announcement was made that the Probable Cause Affidavit requesting that Judge Diener sign off on Allen’s arrest would be sealed. Late last month a redacted version of this 8 page document was released to the media and public.
