We’ve already identified that life is comprised of these different areas:  financial, physical, personal development, family, spiritual, social, and our career.  This comes from the 2022 Goal Setting Workbook – which I will link to in the show notes. Part of the introduction to the workbook reads:Here’s the framework for this entire process. You might want to just park on this section for a little while - and then incorporate your answers into the following sections.
