Chas Allen is an author, writer, and actor most known for his 2018 film, American Animals which opened at Sundance and has since been picked up by HBO, Amazon, and Hulu.  Chas was incarcerated for 5 years in federal prison for his part in the attempt to steal valuable art landing him on the FBI's list of most significant art theft cases.
