With less than 50 days until election day, we look at the General Assembly where a changing of the guard is expected with current House Speaker Tim Moore seeking a seat as part of North Carolinas Congressional Delegation in a newly drawn congressional district. Under that backdrop, there was a story in the Assembly last month that pointed to a potential crack in the relationship between the House Speaker and the Senate President Pro Temp, Phil Berger.
