If you have listened to Dr Fitness for any length of time you know that he is dead set against any diet pill. So interviewing Tanya was pretty intense. She held her own with the Fat Guy and there were plenty of laughs. Her feelings are if you are going to spend money for diet pills at least Diet Classics pills are half the price of the name brand ones. Tanya is a nutritionist and a personal trainer in California and she herself doesn't use these pills and all she is trying to do is to give some good information to those people out there who are going to try diet pills anyway. She knows that the only way to lose weight is through eating right and exercising. The Doctor had to bring some great workout tips because of the quality of the guests we had on and he did. So we had another installment of ...Dr Fitness' "Things You Can Do Today" To Lose Weight Tomorrow. Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' secrets about how to make sure you are doing a well balanced workout when you strength train...Number 1, always do a full body workout. Don't do arms one day and legs another day. Number 2, only do 8-12 exercises when you workout at the gym. And Number 3, don't spend too much time on one body part, especially your core. Those one hour abs classes are a waste of time and you can get hurt.
