She has had a passion for ballet since she could remember however, as she grew older she felt out of alignment. She decided to trust her intuition, go against all odds and venture out into the unknown. Fortunately, she was introduced to a wellness community that opened her eyes to a new way of being. Today, she has welcomed her passion for dance back into her life but in a MUCH healthier way.  She now spends her time on her blog, being a mentor for other dancers.
