She prefers the vanilla, the Fat Guy always chooses chocolate but either way you get some bonus fiber with each serving. Hungry Girl also loves Lesser Evil's Krinkle Sticks and the Corn Muffins from Vitalicious. She talked about her upcoming Hungry Girl Cookbook that features 165 recipes and survival tips. She gave our listeners her top tip to help you stick with your New Years Resolutions in 2008. She said that you should try to live by the 80-20 rule. In order to lose weight you have to do four things. Most people focus only on one or two things, that's why they fail. Most people focus on either 1) eating right or 2) exercising more.
