Lawmakers and the governor are having an unusual showdown at the state Capitol over social media regulation. Then, people with disabilities have a right to live at home, instead of in an institution, but advocates worry that right could disappear. You’ll hear what the state is considering to protect their rights. Plus, Xcel Energy has a plan to try to avoid sparking a wildfire, as they face lawsuits over the destructive Marshall Fire.
