Anger is the emotion men are given the most permission to express. While anger is in fact a healthy emotion, we must ensure that we are handling it appropriately, specifically in a way that is neither domestic nor docile. When anger is processed, it usually involves something personal (journaling, creative arts, talking to someone, etc) and something physical (working out, going for a walk, massage, etc).
