Matt Branch is a former college athlete who played football at LSU from 2008-2012. In 2018 he was involved in a near-death experience that resulted in the amputation of his left leg. At the time of the accident, Matt’s story received a lot of media attention as the headlines on ESPN and other news outlets reported “LSU Football Player Shot by Dog”. From hospital rooms to personal triumphs, Matt’s story is of unwavering faith, humor, and gratitude.
