Send us a textMomster: aka a mommy that has a meltdown and turns into a monster...Have you ever had one of those days? When we look on social media, we see the pretty, shiny "in front of the curtain" lives of people. But guess what....we all have those not-so-pretty momster behind the curtain moments. The other night I had one of those moments- this episode is about that moment and how my partner lovingly and kindly helped me to stop escalating and come back into my body. these momster moments often happen because we are not taking care of our own personal needs. She needs so much compassion and love.... and she needs to take headache medicine and GO TO BED!!! hahahahaThank you for being on this journey with me.
