OK, this was a hard episode to figure out and come to some grips on how to talk about this  - I started and stopped because I realized it might seem disingenuous for me to talk about ways to make monthly SEO more palatable to business owners AND SEOs. I mean, I decided for me and what I wanted, I wasn't going to go back into agency SEO. This time I'm owning the assets or part of the revenue generated and only on the projects that interest me.  I think client work is always going to be challenging - the best way to inoculate your business is to both have detailed processes and constantly generate fresh leads. I'm working on developing out a site for the podcast where I can post show resources and where possible acquire some discounts on training for those that are interested in either building or growing their agency in a healthy life-sustaining way.
