It seems like everyone and their mother has something to teach us about “finding balance,” and maybe you think you could get there too if only you could just cross off enough on the to-do list! Today I’m here to burst the balance bubble once and for all, because while we’ve been taught incessantly about what a balanced life should look like, we’ve never been told what it feels like.  What if we scrapped the whole thing? What if we stopped striving for something that doesn’t exist? What if we found a way to light ourselves up in an unbalanced way? Do we dare find harmony in a song we can write ourselves?
