The VAs can handle tasks like booking sales calls and welcoming people to the group, allowing you to focus on engaging with your audience. Leah suggests that short-form vertical videos can be done in just a couple of hours a week, and the key is to batch and schedule content. By leveraging automation and delegating mundane tasks to the team, you can spend around 25 hours a week on content creation and engagement while the rest is handled.
