New Steelers secondary coach Tom Bradley is certainly not new to coaching - with over 35 seasons in the collegiate ranks (most at Penn State) - but Bradley is new to the NFL. So while Bradley's job is still teaching techniques, as an NFL rookie, he is also learning from his players and open to their ideas.
