When it comes to inspired life design, it’s very easy to focus on the things we’re doing (or not doing!). This week, I’m inviting you to go deeper and consider instead the stories you might be telling yourself about whatever’s been going on. More often than not these stories are packed to the gills with judgment. Our well-meaning but unhelpful brains are doing their best, but needless to say, it may be time to get mindful of the power these stories hold over our lives.  In today’s fun-sized episode I’m giving you a helpful exercise to create space between your brain and the living stardust version of yourself.
