Gratitude is all around us in sense of the items that we can be grateful for when we're on a pickleball court or everywhere. I share with you a practice you can do to develop gratitude while in the pickleball court.  We also talk about why you play, and a little bit about distractions and how they can take away from our experience with Pickleball. In the riff, I share three lessons from the nationals that I think are helpful in terms of the mental part of the game.
