- Start with WHY- why we do things and what our core values mean, how we treat our clients
-NO short cuts. no short cuts but never tell them how to specifically to do things- allow mistakes to happen!
'All I ask is you learn from mistake & try not to repeat it. I teach my team the right way to approach things and encourage them to act based on what they think and I support their decisions.'

- Serving his country and his city and community & clients & building really good houses but more than that, its about customer service.
