Then when I was about 24, my then boyfriend now husband and I decided to sell everything we own and backpack through Latin America. I don't know what gave us the strength to do it, but we did it and are so much better for it. One of the biggest things that you hear people talk about is mindset. It's all about the mindset. And I actually disagree. I think it's all about doing it, motivation. You're never going to be motivated, you just don't want to send that email, send that email and move onto the next thing. I'm just gonna do it, just put one foot in front of the other. It's just like hiking a mountain. You're never going to see the top until you're there. So take that next step and don't wait until your motivation is there because it will never work.
