Losing Weight is as easy as 1,2,3,4
In order to lose weight you have to do four things. Most people focus only on one or two things, that's why they fail. Most people focus on either 1) eating right or 2) exercising more.
While those two things are the nuts and bolts to losing weight. There are two other elements that are just as important and without implementing them you are destined to fail.
