This is PART 1 of an interview with Kristin Townsend, LMFT, who is a holistic, somatic therapist and who has her own story of recovery from PPPD despite a Meniere's diagnosis. Kristin suffered from constant symptoms like dizziness, tinnitus, visual symptoms and derealization, and then she also dealt with tinnitus and lost her hearing, resulting in receiving the Meniere's label.
