This game is for any age or fitness level. Players compete against each other during their 8 week game. Exercise 3 times in a week and you get a bunch of stars. The player with the most stars wins a prize. And this is where the fun comes in, the loser has to pay up. That could mean washing the winner's car, cleaning their house or babysitting their kid. When Dr Fitness took his girlfriend to the Chateau Elan for a romantic getaway he was blown away by the great food, the relaxing atmosphere and the superb service. He and his girlfriend left relaxed, recharged and refreshed. Michelle Ufer-Herold, the Spa Director shared some of the services and events that the doctor missed. As you know Dr Fitness is a chiropractor and he helps people deal with pain on a regular basis. He came across the Painmaster patch and he can't stop talking about it.
