This is the first documented case of a "chop-chop lady" in the Philippines, that of 28-year-old Lucila Lalu whose body parts were scattered all over Manila in 1967. There are four suspects, all alleged to be the victim's lovers, plus one more that only recently emerged, possibly linking the crime to the infamous Black Dahlia case.
